Therapist & Counselor
Dr. Michael Elliott
Dr. Elliott has a Ph.D., Clinical Psychology, with Emphasis in Marriage And Family Therapy from United States International University. He has been in private practice as a psychologist treating individuals, couples, and families for over 24 years and has supervised trainees and interns in Marriage and Family Therapy as well as Clinical Psychology. He serves as core faculty in the Masters in Counseling Psychology program and is former President of the Academic Senate, and a member of the Senate Leadership Committee. He is a Clinical Fellow of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists, and the American Association of University Professors. Dr. Elliott is the Founding Director of the nationally recognized Auxiliary Studies Program in Orange County California treating secondary school students with learning and behavior disorders. He has conducted workshops and presented papers at various conferences including the American Psychological Association

Laurie Delaney
Laurie Delaney is a highly accomplished Business and Marketing leader with 20+ years of experience in sales, customer service management, marketing, and new concept development. Recognized for coaching, developing, and mentoring team’s at large top Fortune 500 companies.
Laurie graduated from the University of Arizona, BSBA in Management and Marketing, and competed on their Collegiate Woman's Basketball Team.
Laurie specializes in strategic intelligence and planning, business transformation, and collaborative culture. Her executive track record has produced exceptional bottom-line results in multi-million dollar businesses. Laurie's coaching expertise lies in leadership, making changes in everyday challenges, and personal performance coaching.

Mila Trubint
Mila Trubint has always had a passion for the field of neuropsychology, stemming from her personal journey with a TBI when she was in high school. Mila graduated in 2022 from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a degree in Biopsychology. She plans to eventually pursue a MD PhD dual program in medical neuroscience. Before joining the Michael Elliott and Associates team, Mila worked at a nonprofit brain injury support center in Santa Barbara, which focused on empowering brain injury survivors to thrive.
At Michael Elliott and Associates, Mila works with the team on all the scheduling for Private Practice and Personal Injury cases along with administering a wide range of psychological/neuropsychological assessments. Mila’s approach centers on creating a comfortable and empathetic environment for clients during testing. Mila believes that trust and collaboration are essential for accurate results and takes pride in building rapport with each individual. From the moment we begin, we ensure that you feel understood and supported throughout the assessment process.

Ashley Oillataguerre
Ashley Oillataguerre graduated from the University of California, Irvine in 2022 where she obtained a degree in Psychological Science with a specialization in Child Developmental Psychology. Ashley plans to soon pursue a PhD in Clinical Psychology in order to further her passion in helping individuals. Prior to joining the Michael Elliott and Associates team as a Case Manager and Psychological/Neuropsychological Test Administer, Ashley dedicated her time to a nonprofit children’s institute where she focused her attention on providing therapeutic resources to parents and children encouraging them to foster their relationships and reach their full potential.
Ashley’s approach is rooted in the belief that each patient's experience is unique, and their journey toward understanding and healing deserves the utmost care. Ashley prioritizes building trust and rapport with patients, ensuring their comfort and confidence during testing sessions. Through clear communication and empathetic guidance, she creates an environment that encourages optimal performance and honest responses.
While her role involves the technical aspects of test administration, Ashley’s true passion lies in the impact that accurate assessments can have on patients' lives. Collaborating closely with the psychological/neuropsychological team, Ashley contributes to the comprehensive evaluation of test results, shedding light on cognitive strengths, challenges, and potential interventions. Ashley is dedicated to improving the lives of individuals facing cognitive and psychological challenges.

Alison Campbell
Alison Campbell has 17 years of professional experience in consulting and teaching contemplative practices and philosophies, mostly in the fields of mindfulness, and meditation. This background led her to pursue an MA in Counseling Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute, and to become a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Alison is committed to a collaborative approach, and relies upon a range of psychological traditions and philosophies to help clients reach their goals. When she is not at work, Alison can be found in the mountains, with her dogs, or on a sailboat.

Edgar Garcia
Edgar Garcia serves children, families, couples, and groups in Los Angeles and Orange County. He holds a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from National University and recently received his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute.
Edgar has extensive experience treating childhood trauma, depression and anxiety disorders, interpersonal conflicts, existential crises, and issues related to cultural identity. Edgar integrates traditional talk therapy with ancestral healing practices, active imagination, sacred plant medicine, and dream work. His therapeutic approach is informed by indigenous healing traditions, depth psychology, liberation psychology, decolonial philosophy, psychoanalysis, and phenomenology.
Edgar has undergone rigorous training to become proficient in diagnosing and treating a wide range of mental health issues. Edgar’s extensive education has equipped him with a deep understanding of psychological theories, research methodologies, and therapeutic techniques.
Edgar’s approach to therapy is rooted in a strong belief in the power of the therapeutic relationship. Edgar provides a warm, non-judgmental, and empathetic environment where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and concerns. Collaboratively, he works to identify patterns, develop coping strategies, and create a path toward lasting positive change.
In addition to therapy, Edgar conducts comprehensive psychological assessments to provide clarity on diagnostic questions, treatment planning, and understanding individual strengths. Edgar is dedicated to offering a thorough evaluation that guides our therapeutic journey and evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals seeking positive change and personal growth.

Ed Masterson
Ed Masterson was raised in Whittier, CA, and is a graduate of Cal State Fullerton, with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications and Film. Ed has lived in Santa Clarita with his wife, Valerie, since 1988, and has two children, his son, Gage, and his daughter Elizabeth.

Ed is a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon national fraternity. Upon graduation, Ed went to work as a VIP Tour Guide for Universal Studios and also served as a member of an advisory panel for the 1984 Olympic Games, providing operational insight regarding security precautions & preparations for the studio and visiting dignitaries. Ed was named #51 on The Signal’s annual, “Top 51 Most Influential People” list for 2015 and was nominated for SCV Man of the Year in 2015 and 2016 and was named SCV Man of the Year in 2019. Working with many companies and continuing to grow relationships, he found a passion for working with people and moving lives forward in believing in themselves.

Aaron Tosti
Aaron is a multi-certified Life, Love, and Trauma-Informed Coach.
Before Aaron joined Michael Elliott and Associates, he was a full-time touring musician and an Artist’s Relations Representative for a music licensing company. His own personal journey led him to great depths in attachment theory, spiritual concepts, mindfulness, self-awareness, and understanding the mind-body-soul connection.

He has a unique “bottom up” nervous system approach to coaching clients to uncover emotional blocks and beliefs that have held them back, so they can move forward into the life they want for themselves. Aaron helps clients heal their relationship with themself so they can create more of the relationship(s) they want.
